 The Band

Dave "Sully" Sullivan - Lead Vocals and Guitar - Sully's voice is smooth, soulful, and full of the Funk! He is the Master of the House when GrooveSpot takes the stage. Close your eyes and listen....Sully will make you believe that Prince and James Brown are singing at your event. His renditions of every tune are tasteful, and true to the original artist, with a bit of that GrooveSpot spice.

Sara Sullivan - Lead and Background Vocals - Sara and Sully compliment each other perfectly. Vocally Sara provides ear pleasing harmony and the female Voice needed to make us complete. She does a mean Tina Turner impression, and is also great on roller skates.

Chris Leitch - Keyboards, Background and Lead Vocals, Trombone - "Leitch" is the quarterback on stage. Besides the integral Keyboard, Vocal and Trombone parts, he keeps a finger on the pulse of the party, customizing the set list as we go. Leitch keeps the party goin', and is a Master of the Funk!....(He also dresses way cool!!)

Chris Perkins - Lead Guitar - "Perkins" is one of the original members of GrooveSpot. He shreds the classics with signature Guitar licks and mind blowing solo work. Perkins likes to stay in the background while driving the Band through the show, but you will notice him when he and his Guitar take over.

Chuck Harrell - Bass and Background Vocals - Chuck is the "baddest man on the stage". His Bass lines perkolate through the Band, giving every tune a facelift from the bottom up. If you can't feel the groove he's layin' down, then you need to see the Doctor!

Keith Cable - Drums - Keith is more than the stereotypical long haired Drummer that likes to play loud, he is the rock that GrooveSpot sits on. He brings the beat with him! Keith is a Drum Jedi; The beat flows through him, and you can't help but move when he lays down the groove!

Dave Triplet - Trumpet and Lowdown Background Vocals - "Trip" is quite simply the best Trumpet player on the scene! He is an incredible improviser, and lays down some serious licks throughout the night. Trip will entertain you with every note he plays. The only thing more amazing than his high note Trumpet playing is his Lowdown Vocals. He is the Teacher of all things Funky!

Steve Kraus - Sax and "Special Stuff" - Steve is the newest member of GrooveSpot. His Sax lines weave with Trip's Trumpet creating the sounds of a four or five piece Horn section from two hip cats. Steve's playing is inspired and emotional. He takes his cues from the Sax Masters of the past and present. Steve is known for adding the "extra" vocal part, and cool sounds from a variety of instruments  he brings to the gig.
